Masterclass: Leader as Coach - Coaching for Accountability
Leading people effectively and ensuring sustainable and motivated performance are critical for people leaders. It is important for a people leader to expand their ability to hold their team members accountable through the application of coaching practices. Ultimately influencing the following outcomes: 1) improve awareness; 2) intensify accountability; 3) impact behavior change; and 4) increase performance.
This masterclass provides the opportunity for leaders to discover, discuss, practice, and implement necessary tools related to coaching practices with a focus on strategic application with leading their team members. During the program, participants will engage in role-play scenarios, apply active listening techniques, and practice delivering coaching conversations.
This masterclass is lead by Dr. Corey Pruitt, Founder of ChangeSparx, and is designed for leaders who want to learn how to leverage coaching skills in their daily management practices and develop their coaching abilities.

Participant Expectations:
This program will require your commitment to participate in all the activities, assignments, discussions, and presentations. The journey includes:
- 1.5 Days (Day 1: 9am Pacific to 4pm Pacific and Day 2: 9am Pacific to 12-Noon Pacific)
- Virtual live-facilitated sessions
- Self-Paced Assignments
- Final Practical Assessment
